1. What is your return policy window?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all security tags intact. After the 7-day period, we are unfortunately unable to process returns or exchanges.

2. Why is an unboxing video mandatory for a return?

To maintain the highest standards of quality and to protect both the brand and our customers, we require a continuous unboxing video for all return or damage claims. This video serves as proof of the item's condition upon arrival and ensures that any transit-related issues are handled swiftly and fairly.

3. How should I record my unboxing video?

For the video to be valid, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure the shipping label and tracking number are clearly visible at the start.

  • The video must be uncut and unedited from the moment you begin opening the outer package until the jewelry is fully inspected.

  • Ensure there is enough lighting to clearly see the details of the piece.

4. What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email us at quartikon@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must attach your mandatory unboxing video to the email. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged (verified by unboxing video). Additionally, any bespoke or custom-engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned as they were created specifically for your personal style.
