2. When will my order ship?
Every Quartikon piece is inspected for artistic perfection before it leaves our studio. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
3. What is the most important thing to do when my package arrives?
To protect your purchase, recording a mandatory unboxing video is essential. Start the video before you break the seal and ensure it is one continuous, unedited clip showing the shipping label and the inspection of the jewelry. This is required for any help regarding returns, damages, or missing items.
4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you catch a mistake immediately, please contact us at +91 8699274229 within 2 hours of placing your order. Once our team begins the dispatch process (within our 5–7 day window), we may not be able to redirect the package.
